addicted to facebook
It is not that i don’t want to blog, and am in fact being gently nagged to do it but, i have become addicted to playing treasure madness on facebook..nothing gets don that can’t be done in the time it takes to regenerate some strength to dig some more,
Well my mother always said “be careful what you wish for, it might come true”…and boy was she right this time. I love snow and wanted a white Christmas.

Christmas eve in my street
…an unusual thing this close to the town centre and the tidal Clyde, well we got plenty, this was not a problem for me as i didn’t need to go out in it but the rest of the country seems to have come to a standstill. still go snow but it seems to be melting.
so the London contingent , were to come up on Christmas eve , then they couldn’t come , then they could , then they couldn’t, then they went to the station but JJ (very autistic) got spooked by something so they went home and had Christmas day there, and finally arrived yesterday (26th)…glad they turned up as fridge full to busting. and i had bullied builders.….….….yes they are still about the place.….…..into finishing the walk-in wardrobe in the room JJ is occupying.
Christmas day was just perfect, i got up late , sat on comfy sofa, listening to carols. had light lunch, opened some presents,.….

New bird feeder
.new bird feeder from him upstairs.…..who hung out of his window

him upstairs …and dog in hat
to wish me happy Christmas when i went out to hang it from tree, .….. made a full Christmas dinner, turkey and all the trimmings, and watched daft films all day, small boys phoned in the morning and sang to me over the phone, and older grandsons

skyped
talked on skype in the afternoon, what more could anyone ask for.
it is now 27th, they are all out and it is peaceful, i spent a nice afternoon at an engagement party.….wedding on beach in Israel in august , looking forward to that.
headgear that i had bought for their dressing up box in Egypt last year, and he played his part perfectly but it occurred to me this morning as i was removing the remnants of his brothers cat make
up that Joseph was Jewish and the head dress was Arab.
the wait outside the church before it started, the whole primary school plus parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts etc were all queued along a very busy road and in the church grounds with cars reversing out of the gates and in tiny spaces where small children were excitedly jumping about. and at the end it was a melee i was lucky that Aiden found me quickly.
