One thing i have learnt about sat nav is when it has planned a route avoid­ing traffic , don’t for­get to reset it if you stop for the night.….….….…i was half way up Ger­many when the sat­nav warned me of traffic queues ahead, well i ignored that because the last time it said that there was only 2 slow mov­ing lor­ries which i over­took no prob­lem and the other time it warned of a secur­ity haz­ard which turned out to be a tanker con­tain­ing who knows what, any­way it warned me , i ignored it, next thing they closed the motor­way and i had no idea of how to get towards Bre­men, the sat­nav just kept nag­ging me to get back on the motor­way. even­tu­ally i thought i was far enough away for it to re rout me , so it did back on to the motor­way on a bit i had already driven up.….….by this time the traffic queue was miles longer so i pulled in to a filling sta­tion as slow traffic can eat up the fuel, filled up, had a cof­fee, had a p and looked a the road , now it was tail­ing back even fur­ther .….…it was by this time 4.30 in the after­noon and i still had 500 miles to go so i thought it would be best just to stay where i was for the night so i got a bed in the motel „„„„„„i still have no idea where it was, any­way the next morn­ing . i set off nice and early on to the now empty motor­way , and the st nav leads me off at the next exit so off i go as i trust the thing but of course it was tak­ing me away from last nights con­ges­tion so i had a lovely tour of small Ger­man vil­lages for half an hour when it put me back on the motorway.….….…i did miss a hor­rid bit of road­works though so it was good.

i knew that trav­el­ling that day was going to be fraught as the ferry arrived in Ijmuiden late and then a lorry broke down block­ing the exit so we all had to stay on board drink­ing tea for an hour.

you can tell by all this that my quiet life has taken me to Den­mark to stay with my brother.

another strange few days,
Monday and tues­day i spent in Yurt in ayrshire with ann, sam (sam­antha) and liz, whose yurt is is and who makes the most amaz­ing felt things. we were study­ing Rakei.…still can’t spell it.……in order to prac­tice self heal­ing and hope­fully to help any­body else in need of a bit of healing.….…..i tried a bit of ‘lay­ing on of hands’ on Basil once, it did remove the pain from his arm but it shot down to his feet more pain­full than before so i stopped, now i am told that, that was it exit­ing his body via his feet.…mmm ‚well per­haps. any­way i am all nice and calm now and centered and tuned.
spent wed­nes­day recov­er­ing quietly
spent thursday get­ting my per­sonal num­ber­plate fit­ted to my car.….it is a very odd spelling of my name, but if you squint and are drunk and dys­lexic it looks just like my name.
tonight (Fri­day) was spent ate a per­form­ance by the
Raen­bow chil­drens theatre group.….yes that is how they spell it . they are all under 18 .

young cameron was in it act­ing and singing ( pitch per­fect) a duet with a girl.…..the things i did for love, that was the duet not me doing it for love.
excel­lent per­form­ances. there is at least one future star amongst the young people tonight Watch out for Ross Burke , if he takes up the stage in whatever form he will go far.….….….….you read it first here folks.

i wrote a whole long blog last night then the B com­puter froze so i lost it all , so i went to bed instead.

had a lovely dream abouthim the night before last.….……no not Nedil dia­mond, Basil.……he was on a very crowded train, he got off and i called to him, we had a hug and he went on to wherever he was going.….….a sad mak­ing but com­fort­ing dream.

been hav­ing a sur­real few days. firstly on fri­day a shop tells me my £20 note was a for­gery, that was both embar­rass­ing and wor­ry­ing as £20 is a use­ful bit of money, so i wasted an after­noon going back to the bank that had issued it to me and they checked it and it is not a for­gery at all, a relief but an annoy­ing wast of a lovely afternoon.

yes­ter­day i spent stick­ing sand to my walls with PVA and crush­ing up bits of sand­stone to make more sand.….….…..when the french win­dows were put in a hor­rid grey cement lintle was above them covered in hor­rid grey cement. so i painted it with PVA, let it dry, painted it again and strew sand at it, but the sand was all the same col­our so i crushed up some bits of stone left over from the bit of wall removed for the doors and stuck them on as well. .….……i am well pleased with the result.

so i go into the gar­age where i bought my caar with the doc­u­ments to get my per­sonal num­ber plate put on as the sales­mand had promiced me he would do it for me, his name was Graeme.….……no Graeme here they said.….…..but they are doing it for me anyway.….….…..he had left the company.

so then i go to sil­verb urn shop­ping cen­ter as food was get­ting short and parked my car on level one in the multi story car park.….…I go down a flight of stairs, why wait for a lift, keep fit.….….…..i buy up Marks and Spencer’s food dept.…..I now have a trolly full of food so i go into a lift.….….….…there is no but­ton for floor 1 it goes 0 2 3 4.….….……so i go to 2, know­ing per­fectly well i am parked on 1, i go to where my car should be if it were floor 1 just in case. but of course no car.….….….…i go alll the way back to the shop and start again.….….…so if you park on floor 1 in sil­ver­burn car park.….…the lift to get to floor one is hid­den in a corner of floor 0 nowhere near the other lifts.….….…AND there is nowhere to leave your trolly ‚which is hold­ing £1 host­age, so you have to go all the way back to marks and spen­cer with it.….…my feet are sore.
cheer­ful though.…..its a lovely day.
wish there was spell check in this my dys­lexia is bad at the moment.

It was well worth the walk through the pour­ing rain.….….…after weeks of dry weather tonight a thun­der­storm added to the light­ing effects. Neil dia­mond must have wondered at the sud­den and ran­dom cheers that happened every so often as a fork of light­ning flashed behind him, i for­tu­nately had opted for seats that were under cover it was a long way from the stage but at least dry.….…..i am still high.….….…..and yes i still have toothache, but anti­bi­otic and paink­illers are doing their work

I have raging toothache had it since yesterday,dare not take any more paracetamol and aller­gic to aspirin, hope dentist.….…Mr Angel.….….…yes angel.….….…..can fix it this afternoon
