found , one lost boy

the camera club seemed to like my mini talk, it was a good night , four of us gave short talks on very different subjects which made for an interesting night, no time to get bored with one subject.
Had a lovely lunch uptown with Sheena to celebrate her birthday in Pipers.….next door to the bag-piping school.

tonight at just after 5 p.m. the doorbell rings and there is one of the window cleaners saying that there was a 3 year old boy riding his tricycle down the middle of the busy road , so i phoned the police and sat with the wee boy till they arrived, .….….….…..the first thing they said on the phone was ” don’t take him into your house”.….….….….….so we sat , the window cleaners, the wee boy and me and waited , then a very large police man and a nice police lady arrived and we tried to find out his name but all we got were giggles, and then the policeman went to see if there were frantic parents searching the park., but there weren’t so we all had a cup of tea / coffee .….….…wee boy dunking biscuits in the police ladies tea.….….….. and waited, then the police office got a call from frantic parents who had thought the wee one was off with his grandfather in the car. so he is safely home, a delightful child, his name turned out to be something like Hamsa, i don’t know how to spell it, his lovely parents brought me some chocolates tonight.

meanwhile? there are two missing cats in this area? hope they can be found as easily, i checked out my garage? earlier in case one was in there.

Esther is staying with me for the weekend so i must go tidy the spare room.

had some nice phone calls though.
