2007">first santa of 2007
Today i spotted my first Santa, 
he turned up at Craigdhu primary school in a pony and trap and distributed presents to lots of children.
Cameron 
was ‘manning’ the jewelry and pupil made cards and candle holders stall, it is fascinating to watch the Asberger mind at work he had a running total of the profit in his head and as it neared a hundred pounds he had the exact amount calculated that it would need to get to the hundred.needless to say he made much .more than that ..
the raffle was excellent, every year (i.e. primary one) had a box full of things donated by the pupils it was ?1 a ticket and well worth it .
we won the box filled by primary 6, t was enormous fun finding out all the things in it when we got home.….he was delighted as every year he had bought tickets and this is his last year at this school.…..he gave me a box of chocolates and a bottle of wine out of it, yum yum.
yesterday i mounted three photographs for a competition .….….just the kind of job i hate , all measuring and sticking , i can get very messy with glue, but i am pleased with the results though, don,t expect the judges will be but i don’t care, as a member of the camera club they like you to enter a few photographs per year, i spent hours looking through old Cd’s of photos i had taken in the last few years since getting a digital camera…i must remember to save them as tiff. files in future so that they don’t deteriorate every time i open them. .…i need a fourth one but can’t find the one i was looking for and don’t want to put just any old picture in as i will be up against real photographers.
house is still icily cold or very hot, the problem is with the ignition so by keeping it very hot it doesn’t go off so then it doesn’t need to ignite but that makes it too hot so i turned off lots of radiators.….…it is easier to light a log fire and lurk in one room, it is amazing how much wood it goes through, but it is a very ‘green’ option as i use old wood that normally would rot and cause methane and i am not using gas or electricity while it is burning.…and i boiled a kettle on it and toasted a muffin.
