hot water and ring

Well i could have sworn on a stack of bibles that i had left the ring on my old bedside table.….….…remember some months ago i was distraught at the loss of my engagement ring, well today i was trying to make my hair all elegant? for the charity ball? next week and was also trying to find a necklace that would look nice with the ball gown, and there it was nestling among the junk jewelry? so it is now on my finger again and there it will remain.

the ball is in aid of the hope charity? , it will be nice to see the trekkers all clean and sparkly.

didn’t find a suitable necklace though. M&S had the perfect shoes but not in my size , never mind it will all resolve itself in time .

Anyway, today’s two photos are me ‚in dark blue, my stepson in law Ian Fagelson,? in the lighter shorts ‚and i think his name is David Gold, who got a wee bit lost on the way out and had to do an extra mile and a half.….…..and he still managed to beat me out of there by miles :-) .the second on is the middle one of a series of hot pools? kept in place by sand bags , the water was just like a hot bath it was lovely, i could have stayed there all day.this did not prepare us for the coldness of the rivers we had to wade across later in the trek.

went to Ikea with Marisa yesterday?, as in order to make the outside of my house lighter on these dark nights i had put a brighter bulb? in the light , bad idea, it melted the other bulb and the? shade and also fused half of the indoor lights, oops!?… my older two grandsons? Peter and Cameron? sons of Marisa are these photos
