Grand Canyon it is? not, today i decided that having got fit for the trek i should remain fit , .….…..especially as there is already talk of the next challenge.…… so i dragged ex-husband on a long walk in Mugdock country park , Milngavie the photo is 
of solar panels i spotted on top of an ancient castle.
it is getting cold here tonight, i think i smell snow in the air.
tired tonight as? grandchild phoned at 2:30 a.m.? I think i will get an early night in case it happens again
