Abby sent her photo’s of The Party.…i don’t normally walk about on my worktops but there was a case of champagne and no glasses because i had washed them all and hidden them from unsuspecting Basil, and up there is where they all were.
No watching of old films today as he has been waking up all upset over his late brothers and has been having hectic dreams involving a red mini car and traffic jams.
this dementia he has would be wonderful, if it weren’t for the loud sobbing, he is deaf and has no idea how loud it is, it is awful…but passes and next minute he is all sunny again. i thought his change in nature was the testosterone reduction caused by the casodex for prostate cancer but now i think it was early dementia. he is a much sweeter person than he used to be, and has a childlike delight in the simplest of things.
ah well lights out time
