back again
drink has been taken.….….…i think it was a conspiracy between him upstairs and Basil’s cousin Rosalyn to get me out and about again after this vicious virus that had me feeling washed out for three weeks’ a son in law had a diagnosis of swine flu and i had been there an with the same symptoms so perhaps it was that any way. tonight we went to 1901 , our local pub,where they were having a Cuban night and it was superb , the food was great as they have a restaurant attached and there was a demo of salsa so i got to learn all the bits i had forgotten and missed due to ankle break.
anyway i am without voice due to a.the virus and b . the trying to make my ‘bon mots’heard above the music.
the builders are still around after approx 18 weeks, yesterday i informed them i was having a nervous breakdown so they suddenly got a move on.….it is not their fault though as swine flu held up the windows and rain held up the patio and all the extras that i kept coming up with held them up further. yesterday they started to put up the gate post they knocked over all those weeks ago,photos will appear when i am sober.
