immunisation and shopping
nothing else to photograph, i await my muse.
anyway since doing the reiki 2 i have been distance healing people.……seem to be spending most of my time in meditation. that was until i got my immunisations for the trip up the Nile, i am now immune to diphtheria, tetanus, hep A ‚polio and typhoid and feeling a bit sore all over.
didn’t stop me shopping though, usually i hate shopping but i need new sandals for Nile trip and the shops are now into their winter clothes so i had to go to an outlet place where they sell off end of season things, i was delighted because i got some cashmere jumpers reduced from £129 to £29, i am allergic to wool so getting jumpers is usually difficult.
getting daily bulletins from him upstairs, still in Cuba, all very interesting.….…there may be more later.….…or there may not.
