done it
I have done it , .gathered papers together for the tax man. done all sorts of small niggly wee bits of paper work. written and posted some letters, attached my printer to the computer and printed out my ticket for tomorrows BBC day at Glasgow green. tidied up all the bits and pieces lying about that i had cleared out of my mother’s house. ordered a skip for the rubbish which has been accumulating at the side of the house due to my massive clear out. i feel so much better now.
well i did feel better then the last night of the proms started on telly and it was the first time i had watched it alone since meeting Basil so i got a bit sad , but fortunately them upstairs were away so i turned up the volume to loud enough to wake the dead and sang along to land of hope and glory and all the other old favourites…still it didn’t seem as good as it used to be.maybe that was just me though.
slept too well last night after all that fresh air so now i am not tired tonight but it is ten minutes to one in the morning so i suppose i had better go to bed.
