where i am and why
the silence from this end is because i am not there, i am here…Tel Aviv, and i am way too mean to pay for Internet access, well i was until yesterday when i decided to hide from the sun.
it is always hot in israel in august but this one has been the hottest for many years i am told,and me a person who likes to be cool.
getting set up
i have been to a wedding on a beach, it was still 33c at midnight.…..wedding excellent fun.
and yesterday i went and got covered in dead sea mud.…there will ‚or perhaps not, be a photo of me looking like a mud covered hippopotamus when i have seen what my brother in law took. didn’t hang about there as it was 42c and i was scared of burning, though they say the UV rays are different there.
shall be home very soon when more pix will be forthcoming , but not before i have visited the craft market and resisted buying shiny things like necklaces.…might do some christmas shopping though
