work going on apace but they have broken their drill. i wish it was finished , i am not in the mood for all this disruption, they had to get under my floor by going under the hallway of the upstairs flat and they have not put the floorboards back properly so now i have to confront them with it and also watch them to make sure they do the ones in the corner of my room properly or i will leap out of bed and fall through the floor.
