BBQ of season">first BBQ of season
a joint BBQ was held today between upstairs and downstairs„it was a good day, i made salads a butcher delivered sausages ‚steak burgers salmon and chicken, i made salads, wine and beer was chilled and a good time was had by all. discovered there were three artists among the guests and though they didn’t know each other they all knew people the other knew, so conversation flowed.…and they all admired the artwork on my walls so i was happy, not that it would have bothered me if they didn’t like it , it pleases me to look at it so to me it is good.

and him upstairs’s friend Alan spent the morning up a tree cutting it down because it has been slowly falling over for the past few months, having split down the trunk.
my ankle is hot and swollen so i think i will go to bed, it has been a long day even though i spent it in a wheelchair being waited on and pushed around by grandsons.
