people are very kind
having a very quiet day today.….…apart from talking to a joiner about building my en-suite shower room. the sooner that happens the better then if i faint in the night i will be nearer my bed

people have been so very kind to me .….…from you fellow bloggers with your lovely messages ‚to neighbours making me text message them when i am safely tucked up in bed, and when i visited my ailing mother the nurse took one look at me and brought a plate full of risotto and a pot of tea and then some pears and custard. i feel very moved by all this care. the various cuts and bruises are not too painful , it is the thorough shaking up that makes me feel so weird.
going to bed now as it is after midnight and i have turned into a pumpkin
Later.….it is now 3;50 a.m. and there is no sign of sleep tonight so i am having a cup of tea.
