Laser zap
It has been there in the middle of my forehead annoying me for the past 10 years or so, dark red and growing slowly very small in actual fact but huge in my perception of it, make up never stayed covering it for long even stage makeup.nobody noticed it except me, today i went by underground train ( known to Glaswegians as the clockwork Orange ) up to Gordon street in Glasgow and a nice nurse called Carol zapped it with a laser beam so now it is purple instead of red but that should go.….i hope, well at least i have eyeshadow to match. Needless to say their resident Doctor knew Basil.
i wanted my moneys worth out of the park and ride fare so i had a good look at lots of shops but i am not a person who likes shopping so i had an early lunch in John Lewis and came home.
the escalator wasn’t working at Buchanan street underground so i had to climb the 60 or so steps and thought i was going to have to stop half way up for a rest, this does not bode well for grand canyon clambering, so the getting fit will have to be taken more seriously.….Laurie suggested last night that i train by running up and down stairs, i think he may be right.
more tidying up of the garden this afternoon including spreading nice mature manure… ..lovely
