nothing new
Oh what a wild party girl i am.….…..Lush, the fresh cosmetic company were having a ‘glam’ night with wine, nibbles and freebies and i wanted to try some of their solid blocks of shampoo as i thought a small lump might be better on a 17 mile hike than a large bottle of shampoo.….…see i am getting in training, just not the walking/climbing bit.….….….17 miles of clambering up and down per day seems perverse to me, i have only ever walked 10k (6 miles) in one burst. have tried the shampoo it is great.
also died my eyebrows brown as they are pale blond and disappear making me look ‘peely wally’ now i look odd as they draw attention to the purple bruise in the middle of my brow.
took a car load of clothes that i suddenly seem to hate to the hospice shop, they all look so middle aged.…..i am going to grow old disgracefully.….….why are all the women wearing maternity tops now, for the last few years we have had the strange sight of lassies apparently bursting through their tight tops in an advanced stage of pregnancy, now pregnant or not they are all wearing ugly loose tops over jeans.….….…i may hide in this room till this fashion changes..or better still i shall wear what i like as usual

If you can walk 6 miles you can walk 17; it just takes longer. Good footwear is essential though.

hello Sam,
I have been watching her progress in the Telegraph.….….….can’t do today’s moderate sudoku at all.….….…Good for her, just shows yo that perhaps one should be careful what one writes when allowing the world to read ones diary.
