lurking in the necropolis
tomb with a view
Damb fine custard tart served in Tinderbox , Ingram street.…..but to get to it first i had to meet up with several members of queens park camera club at dusk then walk up into the Glasgow Necropolis.……a place of great spookiness after dark and often seen in Taggart episodes accompanied by the line. ” therrs been a murrdurr surr “.
it will be interesting to see what different pictures we all took, heavens knows what the people wandering about .….…..yet there were people wandering.…among the tombstones, thought we were up to. sometimes we draw a small crowd thinking we are paparazzi and that somebody famous is going to appear, only to be disapointed when we all nip into the nearest cofee shop for coffee and cake.
it was cold and i thought my hands would freeze and one o the guys ofered me his gloves which was kind but i dont like gloves and my hands were soon warm and pink, probably due to all the excersize clambering up and down among the tombs.

But.. this is where you can have GREAT fun!! Just keep pointing UPWARDS.. and saying, ” I never thought I’d see THAT!!” giggle.. act like you can’t hear them when they ask WHAT!! lol.
